My wife and I have been through the home buying process a couple of different times in the past, only to be disappointed with one or many aspects of the process / construction. But this time was so different. Chad and his team built us a home that completely surpassed our expectations. From the unparalleled construction, to the ultra energy efficient insulation, the custom tile work, the landscaping and the overall house design, this house is by far the best investment we could have made. Our home was featured in the 2007 Parade of homes in San Angelo and drew quite a crowd. We heard time and time again that our home was the most beautiful out of all the homes in the parade. And to be honest, I agreed 100%. Chad has an eye for detail like no other builder I have ever seen. He builds very luxurious and quality custom homes that will meet the requirements of even the pickiest buyer. He bent over backwards to add the things to the home that we wanted and did it for a fair price. The home was completed ahead of schedule in order to meet our very tight relocation schedule and the move went off without a hitch. If the time ever comes for us to build another home, Decker Custom Homes will be the contractor who builds it. Thanks to Chad Decker and his entire team of contractors for building us the most beautiful home we could have hoped for.

We could not have chosen a better person for the job. Chad was more than we expected. From weekly updates to helping us make our selections, he was there for us every step of the way. The subcontractors were always professional and courteous and most of all, on time. Word of mouth advertising brought us to Chad Decker. His reputation and quality did not disappoint. When we first approached Chad, we had less than 6 months to get our home constructed. Our previous home had sold and we did not want to go through the hassle of moving twice and living in temporary housing. Chad built our 4400 square foot home on schedule and we were able to move in our new home the same day we moved out of our other home. Chad had briefed all of his wonderful subcontractors about our situation and scheduled everyone ahead of time to make sure the deadline was met. Even with the quick build time, do not think for one second that any short cuts were taken in quality or detail. That is just not Chad’s style. Over the past 2 years, we have not had one single problem with our home. Thank you Chad, for the wonderful experience and the magnificent home. You definitely backed up your reputation.
